Hand-built 3D-printed F1 track frames
A small e-commerce side project: hand-assembled 3D-printed F1 track frames. I designed each track, ran the prints, assembled them by hand, and shipped the whole thing on Shopify. Instagram took off — a couple of reels crossed 1M+ views — but the funnel never matched the reach. Rising costs and thin margins eventually forced the shutter. Still, shipping a real product to real strangers taught me more about pricing, packaging, and patience than any side project before it.
